Our soaps are wonderful to see, smell and use, however we do not prescribe nor endorse the use of our soap for anything other than the cleansing of the body.
We make no claims as to the efficacy of any of these products for any medical condition. These products are intended to improve the look and feel of the skin. They do not treat any medical conditions nor do they replace the recommendations of your healthcare practitioner.
Our soap is formulated to be extremely mild but some individuals may have adverse reactions to certain plant materials or other natural products. Please do not get soap in your eyes.
Just because something is NATURAL does not mean it is safe for everyone. If irritation should occur, discontinue use.
Our soap is for external use only and to be used with total discretion and sole responsibility.
Payment & Shipping/Handling
Payment need to be made via PayPal on the day of purchase. Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly at checkout as it may cause you to incur additional fees and delay your order if given incorrect details.
All orders are shipped within 24 business hours of payment; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays.
We use Australia Post regular parcel services; however, damage and loss of parcels is a possibility during transit time. Unfortunately this is out of our hands and we cannot be held responsible once orders are with Australia Post.
Prices are as follows:
Up to 500grams = $6.00 postage Australia wide
Up to 3kilograms = $10.00 postage Australia wide
We wrap our soaps individually and pack the orders in recycled brown paper.
Shipping is within Australia only, please contact us for international shipping.
For international parcels, parcels over 500g and all ECI and EPI services will be subject to an additional $9 security surcharge.
Minimum Order
We have a no minimum policy for retail orders. However, because of the price of the shipping you may want to order more than one product.
Returns
Please contact us with your feedback if you are not 100% happy with our soaps. We will try our best to ensure your satisfaction. All refunds/store credits are given at our discretion.
Please keep in mind that the color, scent, texture and viscosity can vary from season to season and batch to batch due to the use of natural herbs and spices which enhance their uniqueness.
Out of Stock Items
We strive to keep all products well stocked, but there are times when we run low or we run out of certain bars of soaps. If you place your order and we have run out of a specific item we will contact you immediately.
